It is not exactly uncommon that a sect elder or an especially favored core disciple would have certain privilidges. In fact it is so commonly used as a trope for a "silkpants young master" to enter a sect "by the backdoor" - it can either make one famous and respectable or make one infamous and detestable. I have seen it go either way.

First episode dude got isekaid but now is living like he's been there for years he even know people from other sect and still acts dumb like wtf is wrong with this one and the fat guy is just a punching bag, bullying and why every episode that girl kicks them like come on useless Sakura.

I hear you but I think its not that he is acting dumb but more the case that he has no idea what is going on since he is not really from that place and doesn't have the memories of his body. Honestly, if you were to actually switch bodies with another person even from your same town, you would be so disoriented and hardly be able to keep up the act for not knowing your family and your past memories.

Agree. Although if it follows the general plot line of most of these stories, he will get very strong, very quickly, make some enemies, fight them, destroy them and quickly get overly cocky and arrogant. So, its a nice change of pace from the usual.

Exactly, there are always fools complaining about how they didn't get a token OP MC, and when we have a refreshingly new ideas in a story. There were even some people complaining that the funny agent 6 from combatants will be dispatched doesn't have any 'character growth' which turns him into a goody two shoes token MC.

They really are unable to appreciate good things cause of their poor taste.
